These changes yielded favorable results above planned expectations, increasing both Occupancy and ADR. We were able to increase and retain our loyal base of business by delivering outstanding breakfast through Covid and a clean and friendly environment. Door boost our associates motivation for service by imposing a positive team based culture at the property.
Door will be managing the renovation to the Holiday Inn Express Formula Blue 2.0 and deliver its commitment to exceed guests expectations, while increasing the hotel’s value.
